Option 1

Fixed Return Model

Minimum: ₹5,00,000

Period: 12 months

Indicative agreed return: 18%–24% p.a.

Example: ₹10 lakh at 18% = ₹11.80 lakh total payout after project settlement.

Passive participation; final terms must be documented before funds are accepted.

Option 2

Profit Sharing Model

Minimum: ₹10,00,000

Profit split: 60% Investor / 40% RIZZQ Farms

Reporting: Monthly operational updates plus project-close reconciliation.

Investor participates in actual net project performance under the executed agreement.
